Advanced Jelq Exercise |

| For those men out there who wish to see quicker

an advanced Jelq guide. This guide however is best suited to those who

Upon reaching the head of your penis, place your other hand at the base of your penis, with an “ok” symbol formed, before performing a strong flex of your PC muscle.
