Finding Your PC Muscle
In order to find your PC muscle when urinating, stop the flow of urine
completely during midstream. In doing this, you may find several tries
are needed to actually locate the PC muscle – but remain persistence,

Another way of identifying the PC muscle is by trying to move your penis
around (without your hands) during a very hard erection. If you are able
