Finding Your PC Muscle

In order to find your PC muscle when urinating, stop the flow of urine completely during midstream. In doing this, you may find several tries are needed to actually locate the PC muscle – but remain persistence, and you will find it.

Another way of identifying the PC muscle is by trying to move your penis around (without your hands) during a very hard erection. If you are able to do this (most people are), you are using your PC muscle.

This exercise consists of tightening and loosening your PC muscle in increments. To start out, tighten your PC, hold, then squeeze more, hold, a bit more, hold, and then tighten as much as you can manage. Repeat this 5 times, minimizing any intervals (rests) in between.
