| Penis size, or more specifically the average
penis size of a male is a question asked and pondered by men everywhere.
According to Neo-Tech Reference Encyclopedias a small penis size is generally
4 3/4" X 3 1/2", an average penis size is 6" X 4 1/2",
a high average penis size is 7" X 5" and a large penis size
is 9 1/2" X 6 1/2". In the figures previous, the first measurement
represents the length and the second measurement the thickness. So, how does your penis measure up? As is the case with any body part, the actual size of your penis can alter slightly from day to day, and as such, it is important that you measure your penis in the same method/way that Neo-Tech used to reach its conclusion. This method involves you being in an erect state and placing a ruler down the side of your penis (with one end of the ruler touching your pubic bone - do not measure from the top of your penis).
