Warming Up |

| Warming up is probably one of the most important
aspects of the penis enlargement process, and if you want your exercises
to be a success, it is also an essential part of the procedure! But do
not worry; the warm up is also one of the easiest and most enjoyable aspects
of the penis enlargement process also. Start your warm up by grabbing your flaccid penis around the head firmly, but not to the extent where it is uncomfortable. Now, proceed by stretching the base and the middle of the penis by pulling outwards with a light to medium force, releasing every 10 seconds. Repeat this process around 10 times to each side, until you feel that your penis has been stretched out thoroughly. Than, merely take a flannel or towel and soak it in warm water, wringing out the water within the flannel or towel. Proceed by wrapping it around your penis and testicles. For the following few minutes (approximately 5 minutes) hold the flannel or towel in this position, re-soaking it as you go. Following this simple procedure, remove the flannel or towel and dry off your penis. Once you have completed this your warm up is done, and you can proceed with your chosen workout. |
